RoSeé founded The Dope Cloud TeacHer to make cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and career-focused learning practical and accessible. She leads curriculum strategy, instructional design, and learner experience across community classes, live virtual learning, and self-paced pathways.

Norine Jackson

Norine Jackson

Norine brings more than 28 years of technology experience, including cybersecurity, networking, cloud computing, and AI, alongside more than 11 years in aerospace and defense. A Certified Life Coach and entrepreneur, she helps learners communicate their strengths and move from technical training toward workplace readiness.

Her practical, personalized coaching includes mock interviews, resume development, professional communication, and career planning. She founded AI For Your Mama to make AI and other technologies understandable for everyday learners. Her goal is to help people move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Monique L. Gore, M.S.

Monique L. Gore, M.S.

Lead with purpose. Create room for others to grow.

Monique is an educator, community advocate, and leader with more than 20 years of experience in student development, organizational leadership, program management, and community engagement. A Baltimore native and first-generation college graduate, she studied Africana Studies and Women’s Studies at Gettysburg College.

Most recently, she served as Director of the Intercultural Center at Wake Forest University. Her work centers on mentorship, belonging, educational access, and community partnerships. She also serves as North Carolina State Autism Coordinator for Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, and operates Myra’s Dope Stuff, a handmade fashion and accessories business.

Christopher M. Gaines

Christopher M. Gaines

Christopher is a curriculum specialist, instructional design professional, and human-centered innovation practitioner with a decade of experience across government, private industry, and nonprofit organizations. His work connects AI, workforce learning, accessible technology, and inclusive design.

More about Christopher

He has facilitated more than 15 design thinking workshops and developed training and certification documentation supporting more than 300,000 users. He holds a master’s degree in management from UMGC and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. His credentials include MIT’s Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy, Certified AI Workforce Professional, Stanford Design Thinking, and assistive technology training. He volunteers with the Starkloff Disability Institute and is a patent holder for an assistive device.
