The Dope Cloud Teacher is a Prince George's County technology education company that teaches cloud computing, AI, and cybersecurity to youth, career changers, seniors, and workforce learners across the DMV — and pairs every technical skill with the governance, compliance, and human oversight needed to use it responsibly.
Our mission is simple: technology only helps people when someone understands how to govern it. We do not stop at teaching a tool. We teach who is accountable for it, what it should never be allowed to touch, and how a team keeps a human in the loop when it matters. That applies whether we're in a classroom, a senior center, or a government training room.

RoSeé Murphy is the founder of The Dope Cloud Teacher, a technology education platform built to make cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and career-focused learning more practical and accessible.
She leads curriculum strategy, instructional design, and learner experience across in-person classes, live virtual cohorts, and self-paced academy pathways.
Her work emphasizes plain-language teaching, certification alignment, and portfolio-ready outcomes so students, career changers, and workforce learners can translate study into real opportunity.
